It is important to understand your dental coverage so you can receive maximum financial aid from your provider. Fortunately, we’re here to answer any questions you might have about your plan. We happily accept most dental insurance, but many plans only cover a portion of your procedure. We do our best to accommodate our patients’ financial needs. Our payment options, including CareCredit, will help you get the treatment you need.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
At Best Impressions Family Dentistry, we try to make scheduling appointments easy and flexible. We send reminders via email or text two weeks prior to your appointment, giving you the option to reschedule if necessary. We also send a reminder the day before your appointment. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however, we ask that we notified at least one full business day before your appointment so we can offer the time to other patients. Note: Parents bringing in two or more family members at the same time will be restricted from scheduling a double or triple appointment after missing one such appointment for multiple family members.
